The salon offers a bespoke personalised one-to-one service for all clients, as no dog, or owner are the same. The salon uses only natural products and essential oils in an air-conditioned environment for the safety and comfort of your dog and environment and operates covid-19 safety proceedures.

Established in 2015, the salon prides itself in delivering excellence in pet dog grooming services within a quiet, calm, safe, caring and relaxed modern and well equipped home salon. The Salon does not use drying cages and all dogs are carefully dried by hand using the appropriate dryers, or simply towel dried if this is best for your dog. By providing an extended appointment only service, you can be assured that your best friend will receive the care and attention they deserve as a little more time can be spent with your dog to help them settle and relax before and during the groom. This is ideal for all dogs and especially those who are nervous about being groomed, excitable puppies, elderly dogs, or dogs which have a disability and need a little extra support and encouragement. I take pride in the fact that all my doggy clients leave and more importantly, return with a wag in their tail.

The salon also supports the 2020 Devon Climate Emergency Declaration and uses only natural grooming products and approved animal safe, disinfectants so as not to pollute the waterways or cause toxin exposure to pets, a water and heat efficient hydrobath, pre-clipping techniques and blotting towels to reduce drying times, low energy dryers and aircon unit, LED lighting, UV sterilisation, handmade washable cotton accessories and the entire salon is powered by 100% green electricity from Octapus to help offset CO2 emissions from the groom process.
